• The design for the packaging was clean and classical
• Brass Fluted Dies were used to apply a metallic gold foil to enhance the brand name and give it instant recognition.
• Brass Fluted Dies were also used to repeat the brand name on the front & back panel in black foil
• A Brass Deboss Graining Die produced an overall bespoke pattern the the carton & lid. Non grained areas then appear to be embossed
• Strategic panels were left flat allowing the fine print and bar code area to be applied without distortion. This process known as Spot Graining allows many options and is very cost effective.
